Foxglove Psychotherapy

Each client has their own lived experience that they bring to the therapy space. Our goal is to work together to notice how past experiences may effect the present moment. By identifying patterns and emotions the client and I can navigate their experience of the world today and orient it to the desired present moment. Understanding there is no limit to how we can connect to and love ourself is a helpful place to start. Mindfulness, CBT, DBT and psychodynamic therapy are the primary modalities I use. Each of these has their own helpful flavor of therapy.

It is my goal to actively hold space for those who need it and help you move toward a future and experiences that create a life you want to live, whether this be with me or alongside other practitioners. I offer a direct and honest approach that includes playfulness, compassion and creativity as we navigate your needs.

I have experience working with anxiety, trauma, depression, life transitions, LGBTQ, OCD and neurodiversity. I am also open to working with any topic or experience you may have that we can explore together mindfully.
